How do I qualify for Free Shipping? 


You can receive free standard ground shipping on your fitwearUSA order, when your shippable merchandise purchase amount is over $99 after discount. Please keep in mind that eGift Cards do not qualify as shippable merchandise. Free ground shipping only applies to orders with the shipping address to within the continental United States.

It may take up to 2 business days for your fitwearUSA order to be processed. After the processing time, your order will be shipped and may take up to 7 business days. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. You may also retrieve your order status and tracking information in your My Account Page (located at the top of the homepage).

How do I ship internationally? 

Simply enter the international destination for your order while checking out. After your address of choice is entered, your shipping rate will be adjusted.

I placed an international order; will I need to pay taxes or duties? 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. fitwearUSA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from fitwearUSA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to fitwearUSA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

How do I find my order status? 

To check your order status, simply log into you’re “My Account” page (located at the top of the homepage) and select your order. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

How do I use a promotional code/gift card/deal site redemption code? 

Visit your CART and select CHECKOUT. From there you will be directed to our ONE PAGE CHECKOUT. After you’ve filled out the necessary information, you will be able to Apply Coupon or Gift Certificate and click “GO” for your coupon to be applied to your order total. Coupon codes are not case sensitive. You cannot apply more than one coupon code to your order.

How do I cancel my order? 

There is a limited amount of time that you can cancel your order. Your order can’t be cancelled once the warehouse begins processing your order. If you need any additional assistance, please contact Customer Service via our live chat or email us at customersupport@fitwearusa.com.

Can I change the items in my order? 

There is a limited amount of time that you can update or change your order. Your order can’t be updated once the warehouse begins processing your order. If you need any additional assistance, please contact Customer Service via our live chat or email us at customersupport@fitwearusa.com.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

You can check out with a registered account or as a guest. When you checkout with a registered account it will be more convenient to track and manage all of your fitwearUSA.com orders.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled? 

All order shipments are subject to product availability. In the rare occasions that partial or complete orders are cancelled due to inventory shortage, the individual product(s) final price will return to the payment type. If in the case your order was cancelled, please check your e-mail inbox (or spam) to see the reason of cancellation.

What is the Return Policy? 

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt and are subject to approval by a fitwearUSA agent. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. Sale items are noted with a “Sale” Icon are applicable for exchange or store credit only, Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Clearance items are noted with a “Clearance” Icon and are not returnable or exchangeable. All orders placed through any 3rd party deal/voucher sites are final sale. When will I receive my Refund or Exchange? 

All returned products are inspected upon receiving the package. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied. Refunds All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. Exchanges may take up to 15 business days. All Exchange orders are subject to product availability.

How do I create an account? 

You can create an Account either before or during your Checkout process. To create an account prior or separate from your purchasing process, click on "MY ACCOUNT" in the top right corner of our website. To create an account during your purchase, simply continue with the Checkout process. At the top of our “ONE PAGE CHECKOUT” You will see a button called “LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT”. Select that to be directed to our registration/login page.

How do I redeem my fitwearUSA Gift Card? 

Visit your “CHECKOUT PAGE” to apply your gift card information during the checkout process, you can select and enter your Gift Card information. If the Gift Card Balance does not cover the full amount, please add Credit Card information to complete the transaction.
